Convenient Quality, Unbelievable Breakfast (Waffles! Eggs & Bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, Joghurt, plus the usual Breakfast Fare that other Motels offer as “business as usual”), Kind and Helpful Staff, Immaculate Property, Excellent Maid Service. If I return to Rochester, this’s where I’ll stay. (And at a Bargain Price!)

The last morning, there was a wake up call to the next room that never got answered and started ringing at 6 am. This was rude to our room because we were trying to sleep. Finally went and told the desk at 8 am.

We have been staying here for several years and we continue to have an enjoyable experience. Great location. Good value. Staff very friendly. Clean facility and excellent breakfast. BUT - now under new management and not certain how that will go. A couple of plumbing problems in our room. Some language difficulty with new manager. Staff seemed hesitant about changeover. Building is showing it’s age, so we have questions about the direction this hotel is heading.

Overall, we were happy with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Loved the time and attention given to the adorable towel animals and toiletries. BUT the room had "facial" updates, but the mattress was gross, sheets didnt want to stay on the bed, and the mattresses wee lumpy and made noise all night. Did NOT get any sleep sadly. But I do want to say the STAFF was great.

Very clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Due to weather we had to stay additional night and change rooms. With help of staff they moved us from 1st to 2nd floor before we had to leave for Mayo appt. In the morning. Rave reviews by us.
