It was under construction and it was messy morning desk staff was very friendly and helpful, not enough chairs for waiting for the bus to Mayo clinic. Missed the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I think once remodeling is done it will be a nice place to stay that is reasonably priced

The room was very nice and clean. Our AC units didnt work but we didnt mind much, we had a cute little kitchette with a dishwater, small sink, microwave, and a fridge and freezer. Honestly would stay here again. There was remodeling going on at the time of our stay but we didnt mind one bit. The staff was helpful and nice. Parking was convenient and there was plenty of spaces. We didnt have breakfast but they did offer. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year.

Parking was fine, although the lot was small.The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, which was nice. I can't get beyond the skimpy, very squishy pillows. There were only 3 for our queen-sized bed. The pillow situation made for a not restfull night.
