Very courteous staff, clean room, quiet hotel. Famous Dave's is literally attached to the hotel, so you have access by walking in, or by ordering through room service. The water pressure is very good, and the bedding is high quality.

Staff was awsome checking in & checking out. This is my fourth stay and will be back. Ive already booked my stays. Loved the convenience of shuttle to hospital. Breakfast was ok.The rooms were clean and sidewalk was shoveled very nicely and parking lot was ploughed well. Thank you to all at Med City In & Suites my home away from home.

Yes the room was not serviced but once and we had to ask for that. Sraff not very socialablein the morning Night staff was very accomedating enjoyed their company and recomenndations for places to eat and things to try out and do

The pictures made this look much nicer than this actually is, it was kind of hard to find at twightlight, it's behind a BBQ restaurant and the sign is pretty small. I did take the shuttle to Mayo clinic which was nice

The facility and room did not smell good or appear clean, dust was on the sheets, brown water in shower (water did clear up), and non functioning hot tub. A deep cleaning of rooms and hallways would do wonders.

Hot tub was not working. The room next to me had a party or something that was loud and went on until 2 am, I could not sleep. I called the front desk 5 times, the noise just continued through the night.

Overall, this is an old hotel, but the staff works hard to keep everything clean and operational. It was between 0-20 degrees for our stay, and I was never cold. The hot tub was actually hot, and clean, and the pool was warm and clean as well. Breakfast has a automatic pancake machine, waffle makers, and a dedicated staff member who keeps everything stocked and tables clean. There is an automatic coffee machine, so you have options and it never runs out, and juice machine that is the same. You have eggs and sausage that they keep hot and fresh, and cereal, milk cartons, yogurt, bagels, and toast. If you are looking for ambience, this is the place because it is straight from the 70s and 80s. But it is functional and clean. For a price cheaper than motel 6, it's better than the options that are triple the cost. I'd stay again

Was told by 3 different eployees on the phone and in person we would bot be charged for nights we did not stay. We were there for mayo clinic bisits from 4 hrs away and reserved for 9 nights to be safe for appts. When we checked out front desk again told me that expedia would issue refund after they got it back from hotel. Now hotel refuses to reimberse for the 5 nights we did not stay and after calling for a week straight has never called me back or let me speak to a manager. Now tgey dont even answer the phone. They are a fraud and take advantage of people there for dr. Appt.
