We recently stayed at Hampton Inn and were unfortunately disappointed with the condition of our room. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, which staff explained was due to the hotel being fully booked. However, the issue appeared to be related to a faulty shower head and a leaking faucet, suggesting a maintenance problem rather than occupancy. In addition, the refrigerator was very noisy throughout the night, which significantly affected our sleep. We reported these issues during our stay, but since the hotel was fully booked, we were told a room change was not possible. While the staff were polite, the overall experience did not meet the expected standard for this brand.

The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. For us, the location worked well, but there is nothing within walking distance unless you’re looking to buy a new car. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower water was not warm enough, and the breakfast was the typical low-quality fare offered by most chain hotels—though the selection here was smaller than we’ve seen elsewhere. It would be unlikely that we would stay here again.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Our tournament was canceled, so we left the next day. It would have been nice to receive a small discount code to book again at a later date, but the front desk didn’t offer one. We are heading back to the same area next week and will be trying another hotel.
