Stayed here with my family with two small kids, we were going to the Strong Museum. Great stay, place was clean, I can see they made effort to redo the caulking around the tub. My kids liked swimming in the pool. The breakfast buffet was decent. I noticed the buffet was better on Monday than it was on the weekend. There was a lack of fruit there on the weekend. Things I thought was odd: there’s no room safe and also no washroom fan. Otherwise great location a 12 min drive to Strong Museum. Lots of restaurants and shopping short drive away!

I picked a nine day stay through Expedia while I was still on the road traveling me and my children have been stuck in the car and traveling for 14 hours when we arrive to the hotel we were unable to check in. I showed my bank statement of the money coming out of my account with the days attached that I was supposed to be staying there as well as the confirmation number Expedia sent to me and proof of my reservation. The front desk said there was nothing they could do besides try to straighten it out in the morning and the mean between time my children overly tired and hungry, I decided to go in my wallet and pull out my emergency credit card to pay for that room for that night although it should’ve been covered because I already paid Expedia earlier that day . Room was clean. However, toilet did not work. We had to take the lid off to flush it every single time. Door handle was broken so we had to use the extra safety lock to be sure we were securely locked in.
