Clean room, friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout process, available parking. I didn't try all the amenities but next time I would skip the free breakfast (awful!) and try a nearby restaurant - there are many good options. We did have dinner at Lila's, the restaurant in the hotel - it's pricy but the food is excellent!

Stayed here with my family. Loved that they had rooms with bunk beds which was perfect for our family of four. The breakfast was decent and the kids had fun using the pool. Also a block away for the children’s museum. Recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay with the kids. Directly across the street from the Strong museum of play. Less than a 1 minute walk. If you stay there on a weekday, they usually let you keep your car parked in their parking lot.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Customer service was very pleasant. Parking lot was a little small, but I appreciate the overflow. I was able to park in smell, parking garage and a validated my ticket. definitely will recommend to others and looking forward to booking again.
