Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester Downtown

It was the best stay. The hotel was clean. The workers there were all so friendly, professional, accommodating and always had a smile on there face. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was great, food was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. On another note, It is located in a very congested area, so if you are looking for a more relaxed area probably not a good choice. We went for medical reasons, so it was perfect. Everything is so close. Strong Childrens Mueseum right across the street. Would go back!!! Thank you to all employees for making our stay great!

Check in was fast and easy. Rooms were amazing. We had everything we needed. The only thing i did not like was the 50 dollar fee we had to pay for each room when we checked in. I never heard of that before. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Our stay was great! Very clean rooms. Only guests with room keys can access the elevators. Breakfast was included with some options for hot food. Parking lot was small but a parking garage is across the street from the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!
