I love that you can bring pets. The breakfast was great! Loved the festive holiday decorations. Staff was very nice. Furniture could use an update, but bed & bedding were comfortable.

It was good, except the elevator. We had a room right next to it so it was pretty loud all night. Other than that the hotel was great. Love the hot tub and the breakfast!

A hot shower should be part of the stay
This hotel could use some updating, dings in furniture and peeling ceilings. I have stayed here often though because the service is usually very good and the location is excellent. This morning I woke up to no hot water. When I called the front desk I was told maintenance doesn’t come in until after checkout and he really didn't know what else he could do for me. He recommended letting the water run because there were no other complaints about hot water in the hotel. I turned the shower to it's hottest setting and was able to get a lukewarm shower that was barely tolerable. We were also woken by a barking dog. Although I love the location we will not be back.

Hotel is dated
When entering the lobby it seemed very dark. We had a 1st floor room and pool was down the hall and you could smell strong chlorine smell or cleaning products when entering the room. The linens on bed were wrinkled but we’re hoping been washed just wrinkled. One of the towels was very worn in a few spots. Breakfast sausage round at 1 breakfast did not look very appealing. Mattress was worn. Overall we would not stay there again. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Would probably stay at a different location or different hotel next Tim we’re in the area. Usually once a year.

Stayed two nights. Left our rooom early the first morning and returned at 7pm that evening to find the room wasn’t made up. Thinking it was an oversight, when I went to the front desk the lady there informed me that room service was only provided every other day. Unacceptable!
