The pool was closed, Which is a huge inconvenience when you're with kids and a reason why you picked the hotel. valet parked our car with In and out privileges supposedly, Tried to go out to pick up dinner and was told that the night valet guy “decided not to show up for Work” so they didn't have anyone to go get our car. So my husband had to try to find our car in a parking ramp with 1000 other cars. Ultimately, We checked out a day early and went down to the other Hilton..

I came for a medical meeting at the Mayo Clinic. It was a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay. Parking in the downtown area is a bit of a hassle but I was able to find a few choices for garage for my rental car within one block on my hotel.
