When we checked in, the man at the front desk kept going outside and watching the front desk from outside. It was confusing and we had to wait any time we needed something. He was very nice though. Breakfast the first day was awesome. Breakfast the 2nd day had NOTHING! The woman staffing the breakfast, however, was amazing. She tried to do everything she could to make us happy since the options were so bad that day. She felt terrible. The hot tub and pool were great.

Not Great Overall

Our stay was just “okay”. The most frustrating thing was that my husband got woken up by a LOUD BUS each morning super early before 5am. That was really annoying and would have been nice to know that it may be a regular occurrence there. Losing sleep like that messes up the day! It was also frustrating because I am Deaf and the TVs closed captions literally covered the whole screen with a black box. We had to go buy a Roku to be able to watch TV. The pool was cloudy and gross and the hottub was also cloudy. We needed to do laundry and the washer soap dispenser didn’t work, we had to run our laundry twice after troubleshooting ourselves because the staff were no help and never returned our call. The breakfast was excellent each morning and had variety. The worker there did a great job!

Never ever again

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at considering it has a lot of stars. I really don’t know how we needed a rollaway bed for our room. For three hours they told us they would bring us one then we saw one in the hallway by the front desk and they said oh yeah if you want that, you can take that one up so we had to get our own bed and push the basket of linens to our room. The lady at the front desk also gave us the wrong room and was booked out of the rooms that we did book. And lastly, I took the kids to the pool where the guy started dumping chemicals in the pool while my kids were in it and the hot tub was broken and had all of these cords and pipes and things coming out of them so I told my kids it’s time to go. We are not staying And there was hair on the bed and trash under the bed. And the bathroom seemed very dirty.
