Room was clean breakfast was good. Kids wouldn’t stop running up and down the hallway on 2nd and 3rd floor of the hotel. It was very loud and annoying. This was going on from 10:00PM-11:20PM. Entire floor was shaking. It was very annoying. Other than that it was a good stay. Nice Mexican restaurant nest store and Walmart across the street.

The staff is amazing. From Destiny at the front desk, along with her supervisor, to Rachel in the breakfast area, to the cleaning people and the gentleman on night duty, everyone was incredible. The service was second to none and everyone we encountered made our stay even more comfortable.

Room was great very clean, staff was very attentive in common areas keeping floors clean as there was a snow storm prior to our checkin. Small inconvenience is that we missed the small print about the $50 incident waiver that is charged upon check in since the site now shows you PAY THIS TOTAL and it was not included, now I am waiting for it to be refunded. So I was surprised to see a different amount on my CC.
