The surrounding area. Staff was rude at times. Never cam e to clean the room. I would have to get my own towel and empty my own garbage. When I asked the 2nd day their if they were going to clean my room the cleaning woman said not today. The 2nd day the young man said I had to call the front desk. The girl at the front desk said maybe tomorrow at 4 p.m they can clean

Liked event area for family gathering. Boring otherwise. Nothing there for children. No pool or entertainment area for youth. Attached dining is $$ and quite a walk on skyway to walk to nearest shop which is limited on weekends. I'm a local so I know what is around me. Hotel was boring.

We just stayed one night for a show at the Civic Center. It was nice that we could walk to restaurants and to the center. The parking was a hassle, due to construction in the parking facility. When we went to leave, the machine will not take our card. I push the help button and somebody came to help me, but by then my weight of parking had gone up two more dollars just because the machine wouldn’t work. The hotel was very nice parking not so much.
