I was already few times in tha hotel, never had anything to complain but this time i was disappointed..Room overall was clean,but bedsheets were so wrinkle and discolored like sombody was sleeping there.. and bath towel with big hole in it... guys what happened?

There was an ongoing noise similar to water running, and also a very loud noise that took place a few times like if something heavy was dropped on the floor. We could sleep at all. My pillow has yellow stains that you could see through the thin pillow cases, and it was gross.

No window to the outside in the room - no natural sunlight. Window in front of space towards lobby- insufficient curtains so light from lobby shined through all night. Refrigerator made invasive noises all night. Poor water pressure. Pillows were too high and lumpy. Staff was sos o. Food at Crave was not extraordinary for the price… potatoes were soggy. Never staying there again- depressing space.

We just stayed one night. Check in was easy. Conveniently located with the sky walk to the civic center. Great beds. Quiet. Parking in the parking ramp was a bit sketchy. Homeless people sleeping by the elevators, depressing. The parking ramp is short, less then 7’ clearance.

They do not clean rooms unless you request it. We requested it and they still did not clean the room or empty the trash or. do the things we have asked them to do. We reserved the room for3 days but moved out after 2 to another place.
