This was a beautiful , updated, clean and very big. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few of tge guests were pretty rude. But you have that everywhere you go now a days.

A couple of issues
We were disappointed that we were unable to get a hot plate to use in our room. We were told there was only 20 available and there’s over 100 rooms we are sure at the hotel . Also, we left early this morning, and there was no one at the reception desk, so we called later in the day and asked for a copy of our final bill sent to my email. It has yet to arrive.

Suite was lovely, bed was too firm
The suite was pristine and had all the amenities one could want while staying away from home. Our only issue was that the bed was extra firm, we prefer a slightly softer mattress.

I liked the fact that it was within walking distance of Buffalo Wild wings, but the parking was very limited. It took me a while to find a spot. I would have had to park in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot if I didn't find the last spot available after someone left.
