Room was clean and nicely decorated. My major complaint was the staff. I felt like an imposition when I asked a question. Some of the staff was very curt and unfriendly. This hotel is also right next to working railroad tracks. We were woken up at 4 am to CP train. Housekeeping does not clean daily. Highlights this hotel offers daily soup in the evening.

Everything was clean and rooms were nice. My only negatives were that the hot tub seemed like chemicals were off and I could hear my next door neighbors tv loud and clear while trying to sleep.

Stayed for 4 days while having a checkup at Mayo Clinic. Location couldn't be better, well within walking distance to Mayo and multiple restaurants. Stayed on the 7th floor, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. Furnishings seemed reasonably new, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. No complaints, would happily stay there again.
