This place is fabulous! Dining & then the jazz lounge(which hidden behind bookshelf!). Rooms are quaint & cozy!!! This is a treasure of Rochester!!

Incredible hotel, wonderful staff. Clean and cozy, the bar and restaurant outstanding, Liz at the front desk was super helpful. The hotel itself is a gem among many cookie cutter corporate stays. Would return in a heartbeat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but a little “used”, stained, torn wallpaper etc. The breakfast was very meager and limited staff to assist when items needed replenishment. We had an issue with another guest smoking which passed into our room. The staff apologized when we brought it to their attention but since it went on all night it would have been better if they were more proactive.

Very cute and well maintained hotel! Loved all the unique common spaces, like sitting area on third floor and window nooks on second floor. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was absolutely spotless.
