Very close to Mayo Clinic. which is an advantage. Though most rooms have been remodeled - the TV did not work correctly, the phone did not work, one screen didn't work. Though some of the room rate was refunded - and the staff was quite nice, I might consider a different place next time.

Very clean, very comfortable, very friendly. Nice fitness center. Loved the sauna. Loved the easy access to the Mayo Methodist campus via subway system. Building is old so wall plugs are lacking in the bathroom and plumbing alternated between hot and lukewarm in the shower at times.

So close to Mayo!

Loved it being across the street from Mayo Clinic. Service and room were all good. Wish their was water to fill water bottles and also a recycling bin

The Kahler Grand Hotel a perfect place to stay for going to the Mayo Clinic. You can either walk inside on the subway level or walk outside across the street. The deluxe king room was a great choice for 3 nights. Comfortable and clean. Great dining choices! Monday thru Thursday wine and appetizers in the lobby. Pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing!! Definitely will be back!!

Rooftop pool was cool - no other reason to stay here, honestly. Hilton next door is newer and cleaner for the same price. There was a lot of dust in our room, including the shelf by the door at eye level that defintely had a few weeks worth of dust. Customer service severly lacking. Ignored at check in because employees were chatting. Also, third floor room shower took 8 minutes to get hot water...pretty strange.
