I had a room with 2 registered adults. My stay was 3 nights 4 days. I asked all 3 nights for clean linen on the bed and clean towels. Neither was done. I was given ONE towel for the both of us because the reception desk said that’s all they had. Floor was dirty. Roll down shade was broken, NO HOT WATER, could only flush the toilet ONCE every 45 min- hour. Done even get me started on the free breakfast. There was no Apple juice, the orange juice was brown, no wale mix by 8:30am and they didn’t refill it. Every day my key card was deactivated and had to go to the front desk to activate again. Don’t get me started with the roaches. I paid OVER $300 for my stay and believe I DESERVE A COMPLETE REFUND! Completely horrible experience

Was a handicap room that should not have been rented. Water leaked from ceiling in bathroom forming a puddle on the floor, which was a major safety hazard. Could see ceiling and wall had previous water damage and had not been repaired. Took pictures, filling a complaint and requesting refund. Was so disgusted with room, I left at 6:30 AM

I had loud neighbors who I reported to the front desk. The front desk called the room and they seemed to calm down. A little later, I could smell and smoke seeping into my room coming from the same neighbors. The front desk was nice enough to call them, but the smoking continued through the night. They could not move me because the hotel was full. Room was nice and remodeled

I had a nice overnight, but frustrated about 3 things: 4 of the 6 drinks in the vending machine were out of stock (I sure didn't want Coke), I couldn't find black out curtains, I couldn't find an extra blanket!

Upon entering the room it looked great. Further on we noticed some safety concerns. 1. A 240V 20A receptacle without cover plate exposing wire terminals 2. Safety door latch missing / broken. Looked like some in the pass forced in 3. Door to room was very tight in closing and opening. Had to use body weight to open door 4. Over night the GFI on the AC cable popped causing the room to heat up

A Decent Stay for One Night

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We were placed in a handicap room which had no closets or restroom counters. It wasn't cleaned very well. The staff was great 😃. She was very friendly and checked us in right away. The bed was comfortable. It was a decent stay for one night.

Not enough toilet paper in the room smell of marijuana Fire alarms covered with bags rooms smell like cigarettes,rooms are not sound proof, the only staff I made contact with was Shawna beautiful customer service well spoken very no excellent help from her was leaving my room stopped in the hall asked her if I can have new blankets in my room blankets had coffee stains on them from previous people who stayed there asked for more towels shawna was the only one who made certain my needs were satisfied, other wise my stay was okay with my girlfriend from Friday to Sunday thanks to Shawna.... excellent customer service excellent in making certain customers like myself get what I need thank you Shawna... 5 stars for her

Room was fine. Toilet ran intermittently throughout the night. Guests next door fought loudly at 3:45 am then loud music played from 4:15 until we left. We texted the number which said, welcome and let us know how to help. No response. Milk at breakfast in fridge was soured.
