The room was clean and comfortable. It was the handicap room. The breakfast was very good. One obstacle was no night light for guests to get to the bathroom at night. I mentioned this to desk in a.m. Not safe as room was very dark.

Needs Remodeling

This property is old and wearing out. The flooring in the elevator has worn through to the plywood subfloor. Even the buttons on the TV remote are worn out. They must have installed new ceramic flooring in the bathroom over the existing stuff because it has buckled, and the bathroom door cannot be closed. The seal on the window of my room is falling. Time for a remodel,

AC loud, bathroom light did not work well had to go down to get new key. The first key did not work on the door. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean and it was a quiet room.

Darker parking lot with no visible sign on the access road. Ice machines all out-of-order. Pop machines all out-of-order. Most work out room equipment not working. There was a "glitch" in the computer system that said our room was not available. It was eventually corrected...but very frustrating till then.
