It's a cheap motel. The desk lady was nice, the AC worked, there was hot water, the bed was clean and soft. The shower curtain rod was sagging a little and none of the walls/tile etc looked like they'd been maintained recently, but we weren't expecting luxury! The only big complaint we had was that there were seemingly ALWAYS emergency vehicles outside the hotel, which didn't make us feel safe and flashed a lot of lights into our room. The location is really good for getting to things around Rochester.

Hard to know if our room was cleaned after the last stay, or any stay really. The sconces hang off the wall, there’s cobwebs galore, and the fridge was nasty. Tried the coffee bar, my coffee was gray in colour after adding milk. There is working A/C, however. And it is close to the airport. I survived easily, but I prefer greater comforts.

Do not send any one to this place. It appears to be a shelter/ motel. They actually check the rooms for blood when you check out because that has been an ongoing problem with previous guests. There were addicts in the hallway.

This place was ny last resort, I was intown for a Funeral however it was the same weekend as a Tournament. This hotel was not prepared...walls were dirty rooms smelled like that make Newports in house. They didn't clean the room and they told me they ran out of towels. Smh..Definitely needs a 100% remodel.
