The room was very musty when we arrived. Luckily we could open the window a bit and run the fan while we went out for dinner. It was better when we got back. Breakfast was fine - cooked on demand in the restaurant. It was for a fee. Definitely better than the traditional self-help breakfast buffet.

I would not stay at this property again. Overall, it’s barely average. In my room the window sheers were ripped in three places and in one spot, from the floor to the ceiling. It took us two days to get a box of tissues in the room. The room service breakfast order comes in plastic bags for each order, that they just hand to you at the door. Some of the front desk clerks are very nice, but some are barely adequate. At check out, the desk clerk didn’t even show me the room charges ? The room needs a serious overhaul. The dresser looks like it came from the Salvation Army. The TV is smaller than the one I have in my kitchen. If it wasn’t for low room availability at graduation, I wouldn't have stayed here.

The RIT Inn and Conference Center was a comfortable clean place to stay. It’s on the older side, the elevators felt a little sketchy. But the beds are comfortable and everything was clean and in working order.

Great overall

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room & common areas were clean. Linens & towels were also clean. The only negative was the non-existent water pressure on the 4th floor. But - we booked our next hotel stay in Rochester at The RIT Inn & Conference Center. Other hotels have had dirty bathrooms & unfriendly staff. We can take longer showers, but cleanliness & staff attitude matter.

Price was excellent, close to RIT. Property is old, but well maintained. Most staff members had a scowl on their face seem disinterested. A couple of them were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and we liked the clean wood floors.

Outdated property. From furniture to elections. The key card didn’t want to work, even if hold away from phone. Tv- small like 32 in, placed so low, that Almost impossible to watch while you in bed. During the 3 nights stay- the environmental service didn’t stop by to empty garbage, restock coffe or change towels. Disappointing

Nice/Decent Hotel. Quick sleep stop

Stopped here late at night for some sleep while on way to Niagara Falls so I can’t comment on use of any of the facilities. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Room bureau and desk were a little dated but still in good shape. Wasnt 5star room but was decent and clean and reasonably priced for quick sleep during travel. Convenient to highway.

This property is clean that’s the only good part. My room barely had WiFi working.. it cut out and was out of range half of the time. The tv in room is old and small. The AC that was on warm stopped heating after half an hour until you reset it.. so you slept in the cold. But the worst part: when I complained to front desk about the problem with the AC in the morning they were like “ya we know about that problem already” …and your doing nothing about it???

An odd glitch - the drapes were barely big enough to cover the window. I had to constantly adjust them to keep them closed just a couple additional inches width would have made them easier to keep closed.

Comfortable and close to RIT

Rooms were spacious and connecting to the room with our granddaughter, making our stay very convenient. Our room was at least semi-accessible (though we didn't ask for that), with great grab bars in the bathroom, but a shower/tub combination so one had to be able to step over and into a shower.
