Hotel is in a great location (next door to the best jerk chicken in MN Francisco’s) with plenty of dining options. But if I’m being honest the hotel/rooms are very out dated. Has a must smell in the entire hotel including the room. The tv was small and very old. Could only watch if sitting on couch. Could not watch from the bed. The shower poured out dark green water for about 30 secs when first ran. The staff was very friendly and offers free breakfast so that’s a plus but probably would not stay here again.

I called the day before I came to make sure there was a pool and hot tub. I got there no hot tub in their defense. They ordered the parts and they never came. I was there for eight days. That’s a long time to wait.

Very Friendly and accommodating Staff. Room was perfect with plenty of room, a nice shower and a comfortable bed. The complimentary fresh baked cookies and variety of beverages available 24 hours at the front desk as well as a great breakfast was a very nice added bonus. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again the next time I will be in the area.

I like that the hotel was close to the Mayo hospital and downtown restaurants! Pool is warm but the jacuzzi was out of service. Really bummed out. Staff was nice and helpful
