The hotel was fair, I will not stay here again since there are better hotels around Rochester. The door to enter nearest to my room did not work which was not fun to deal with. Staff was not the most welcoming.

Good stay

The staff very friendly and courteous. They answer all my questions and concerns. They have very clean rooms. Easy to get to doctor appointment down town. Very good breakfast every morning.

Breakfast choices are very limited. If the waffle machine is your thing, you will like it. It was fine, probably about what you’d expect for the cheaper price range. Friendly front desk staff. No bed bugs found, but mattresses were quite stained. They definitely need better mattress covers to be able to better wash. Also, the 2 drinks we bought from the vending machine were flat and expired for $3 each. No help offered by hotel.

One drawback was that there was no elevator. I'm walking with a cane and so getting up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle.

This is a pretty decent hotel all-around. The staff are pretty nice, the building and rooms are in good condition! It's right in the middle of a very walkable part of Rochester, and it's a pretty safe, comfy sort of area. Would recommend to my friends!

Stapled to the key card holder, there is a tiny piece of paper that mentions that you need to verbally request to have your room cleaned daily, otherwise it won’t be cleaned. Except, when we requested it be cleaned 2 days in a row, it never got cleaned. When we went to the front desk both times, we were told “oh they must’ve forgotten, they’re gone for the day so nothing we can do.” Also, the window was broke. And had mold growing on it and the chair was literally falling apart. So gross.
