Can't beat it for the money.

It was an inexpensive place to sleep pretty comfortably. Breakfast was typical: waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It's an older property, but looks like they are updating a few things at a time, and it's clean. Would stay here again if needed.

The location and the front desk staff were great. The room was OK other than the recliner was very old and worn with the fake leather peeling off and the office chair was broken and unusable.

The air conditioner didn't keep the room very cool. The first key I had didn't work and when I told the desk clerk she didn't believe me. Other than that, it was an OK room.

The location was convenient to mayo clinic. A really good price I thought. Workers were friendly. Pretty clean. A great big spider web was in the corner of the window when i pulled curtains back, but I just knocked it down. ( They should check those occasionally) One of my washcloths looked like a cleaning rag with holes in it. I would stay again.

The hotel was fair, I will not stay here again since there are better hotels around Rochester. The door to enter nearest to my room did not work which was not fun to deal with. Staff was not the most welcoming.

Good stay

The staff very friendly and courteous. They answer all my questions and concerns. They have very clean rooms. Easy to get to doctor appointment down town. Very good breakfast every morning.
