Staff was amazing! Not a lot of parking for larger vehicles. Was disappointed in the pool area; way too many unsupervised drinking adults with kids running everywhere. Many people were using the wet floor cone to allow people from the parking lot to come swim. I would appreciate a more secure area

Very nice place and great staff. Very clean and great breakfast. We had a suite with a mini kitchen and everything worked good. Nice pool area. It is well maintained. We stayed for 23 nights for a program at Mayo clinic.

Loved the kitchen, was able to cook meals without eating out every meal. They provided all cooking and eating utensils, as well as dishwasher. It was like a self prepared apartment. Two televisioni, separate living area from sleeping area. Comfortable and big enough for 4 people with pull out couch and king size bed. Hot breakfast daily. I didn't like that wasn't a safe in the room for valuables

Comfortable spacious rooms
The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, but the mattress on the sofa bed is awful. My granddaughter had a hard time sleeping on it as it hurt her back. Pool area is amazing, and the breakfast is pretty much what most hotels serve now. All in all we loved our stay there.

Excellent service from staff who let us check in early and upgraded our room because the reserved one wasn’t ready. Affordable for the space you get. Big TV and nice kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Didn’t swim this time, but the pool is huge. This is our go to when passing through Rochester.

Pool time was nice
It’s close to the main roads/Hwy 52, under 5 minutes drive. There’s a shopping area right off Hwy 52 with a super Target and restaurants. If you didn’t have a car, you could walk there within 10 minutes unless you walk super slow. Hot tub was nice-I was able to relax my aching muscles. Pool area is kid friendly. They have a shallow water/kiddie area for younger kids. Water slide is decent. If you’re looking for a water/theme park level water slide, this isn’t it. But it’s good for where it is located ( inside a small hotel). My 13&15 year olds enjoyed some indoor water fun without being outside in the heat. I got a handicap accessible room as I requested, which has a shower chair in the bathroom. Water pressure was good. Room was spacious. Having a mini kitchen is always a nice option. Hotel is clean and common areas were tidy. Staff is friendly. Overall a great overnight trip.
