There was a power outage at the entire facility I had a party for my seven year-old daughter no accommodation for me I had a total of six children with me in the dark phones were dying. It was not a good experience.

The bathroom floor was grossly dirty. One elevator had something gross splashed on the control board. Seems someone would wipe it off. Hot tub was out of order. No breakfast included. Way too pricey for the lack of amenities and the low quality .

The hotel needs maintenance. The women's sauna had broken wood and wasn't working. The hot tub wasn't working either, and everything looked messy. There was a hole in the floor of the pool, and the water was supposed to be warm but it wasn't. The room and lobby were OK.

Nice Hotel but horrible experience.

The room was clean the staff was great, however the hot tub was out of order, the pool had debris floating in it, and the coffee maker was not working. I requested a replacement and the replacement was not working either. I was not able to enjoy not one cup of coffee. Decided not to take advantage of the spa. Went for a 2 day birthday relaxation. Not what I expected.

I knew Woodcliff back in the day. It was a very prestigious place to go for dinner or book a wedding. I am sad to see how it is no longer held at high standards. It needs attention. It really looks like it doesn't make enough money to make the needed maintenence and remodeling.

Beautiful property!

Really wonderful room but, had I known there was a wedding onsite when we were there, I would’ve requested a room on the other side of the property. It was a loud night until the wedding ended.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Biggest complaint was that the AC units were very old and even after switching rooms to see if AC would be better, it wasn't. It made for an uncomfortable night of sleep.
