We usually love this place but we had been given an outdated room with a small bathroom and no toilet paper holder. The pool outside was closed waiting for a county test. Hello it is June. That should have been done before. We were very disappointed this time. Told the front desk and they did say they were sorry about what I had said. But didn’t offer anything. I told him we come there just for a getaway often. Very disappointed.

We stayed one night, expecting a relaxing luxury experience before an early meeting—but it was far from it. The hotel is extremely dated and poorly maintained. The elevator carpets were filthy, the air smelled musty and sour, and the hallway carpets were stained and ripped. Our first room was hot and humid with an unplugged AC unit. The front desk moved us to a second room, which was just as bad. The room was visibly dirty—grime in the shower, stains on the walls, patchy wallpaper, and mold on the AC vent. The photos online are completely misleading. We also found hairs in the bed, black spots under the fitted sheet, and spotted multiple bugs crawling on the floor and curtains. It was genuinely uncomfortable and unsanitary. At checkout, I explained our experience and was told the only refund they could offer was the resort fee—despite charging over $300 for the night. The front desk agent even said she didn’t know how to issue a refund due to a “new system.” This hotel is not at all what it claims to be. It was a disappointing, overpriced stay in a poorly kept property that should not be marketed as luxury.

Moment we walked in, there was a lady complaining about blood on her sheets. Then we get to our room, and it is outdated and a bit grimey. The water pressure in the sink was all off and some outlets didn't work. I am convinced this place got it's stars for it's spa maybe, but certainly not for the rooms. Disappointing.

The front desk staff was so amazing! I was little bummed that I was only stayed for a night but enjoyed every second. The live band was such a treat after a long work day and everyone was so helpful. I will definitely be visiting them again in the future for a longer stay!
