What a nice, clean hotel. We had a great experience at the Clarion Point. We were kindly helped by Abhi and Sweta to make sure that we were placed in a first floor room. I made points reservation for the second night and Abhi made sure that we stayed in the same room (even though I seemed to have booked a different room type). This place was spotless. All staff were kind and friendly. I will definitely stay again when visiting the Charlotte area. Very quiet and easy to park, etc.

Front desk eager to greet. Lobby was very clean and appealing. Room was spacious and very clean. Check out was smooth. Breakfast is included, very limited but delicious! Little “market” to purchase preferred drinks and snacks. Would stay here again! **please note, there is no elevator to second floor**

Adequate place to stay

Good overall stay. Check in was smooth. The lady who checked us in was very polite and professional. There was only 2 things that were issues. One was that the hot water side of the sink just trickled out. Two, we didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel. There was a dog that barked throughout the night which made for a restless night of sleep. Other than that, the hotel was good.
