I loved the cleanliness and the property is close to everything I need. Unfortunately, the floors are not carpeted and sounds carry more. The people staying above us were very loud and I did have to complain several times and they would stop for a few minutes then pick right back up. Not able to get them to switch a room to avoid the noise and when we spoke to the front desk agent at check out he stated he would have a manager call me and I’m still waiting for a call almost a week later.

Hidden Gem

This hotel is relatively new and well kept. They do not have housekeeping daily unless you ask for it. I was able to get extra towels. Rooms have tile not carpet which is a huge plus. Close to cutest location Baxter Village, restaurants shopping and amazing wine bar.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was spacious- the staff was very friendly and accommodating- the only issue was with the water temperature in the room- it was only hot- we could not adjust it to cool or cold. The front desk was very apologetic and had been trying to fix it.
