This is the worst hotel I've stayed in! Staff has no clue what's going on. Fitness facility has broken & dangerous equipment- in which my husband fell & twisted his ankle. Front desk couldn't even provide ice packs. Never heard from the manager - even after repeated texts from his front desk. Disgusted with our whole stay. The whole hotel needs to be painted & updates. HIORRIBLE!
The property was clean and had a good location. Breakfast was good although the food wasn’t very hot. Unfortunately the people in the room next door were loud until late in the evening, but that’s not the property’s fault.

The hallway on the 3rd floor felt like the air conditioner was broken. Also, my non-smoking room smelled very much like smoke.
The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and welcoming, and the one that checked us out went above and beyond what we expected. We were leaving at 3 in the morning since we had a long drive knowing we would not get the free breakfast included with our stay. He asked if he could grab some bagels for us and brought out the muffins for our young daughter. This will be our normal stop going forward, very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and quiet too.
I tried calling the hotel to see if we could check in at 1pm. I called a toll free number and was told I needed to call another number. From that number, I still was not able to talk to the hotel so I took a chance and went anyway. Once there, there was no one at the desk, but a group of people were eating in the lobby. I thought they were guests, but it was the front desk person. She finally came over, she was not wearing anything that identified she worked there and her dress was less than professioal. Once she went behind the counter, she was helpful, but first impression was lacking.
Average hotel stay. The gal at the front desk was bla and not accommodating. I ask if she could store a couple ice packs in the freezer and she said we don’t have a freezer. The room was good.
