Had to return to front desk for a room key that worked. The phone was not working. The TV was not working. The shower was very difficult to turn on. The towels were old, worn and dingy. The breakfast room was very dirty and had very little in the way of anything to eat.

There were baby roaches in first room shower curtain, dirty toilet bowl ...!!!!! The second room I was offered had an adult roach in it, peeling shoer ceiling paint..!!! ......THE WASTE HOTEL I EVER BEEN IN ...I will file for a refund.

Our toilet was leaking bad and we told three people. Their response to fixing it was turning the water off and wrapping towels around the toilet. We were told not to worry about it. So yeah, not great. Not to mention we saw bugs in the room too.

Big issue is roaches in the room and peeling paint on ceiling and room was hot tried then on ac then an hour later started coughing feeling funny, realized vents were filthy with roaches droppings and dirt. Seeing roaches droppings all over curtains.

Room and bathroom dirty. Chain lock broken, sheets so old they looked dirty, drains didn’t drain properly, paint was peeling from ceiling, toilet was loose and ultimately dangerous. Manager not courteous. Would never stay there again, and would not recommend. also - would like some compensation It seems Expedia, which I use often, should be more aware of which companies are on their site. Very disappointed with this one !!!

I would not stay here again. The other guest were noisy and the room itself was subpar. The sheets were stained and had cigarette holes in them. The bed was uncomfortable and I just could not sleep that well.

Cleaning staff are VERY nice and pleasant. The front desk staff on the other hand, arent. Pretty much everyone i interacted with, are cold and sort of rude. They didnt seem very happy to be here. They werent receptive to my concerns, and apologies are all i received for accommodations. As far as the rooms, you get what you pay for, i guess. Overall stay 5.5/10. Cleaning staff 10/10 would recommend.

The room was nice and seemed to be recently renovated however there was no fan in the bathroom and mold was evident on the ceiling and the shower curtain. Most upsetting was the way the morning staff treated us. We were traveling with our dog and my husband went to the continental breakfast to fix a plate for us to eat in the room so we didn't have to leave the dog alone. The breakfast was poorly stocked and when he inquired about them putting out more food he was told he was unable to take food to the room. We have never heard of this policy and there were no signs stating this was a policy. The woman was rude, and too lazy to put out more food or keep the breakfast area clean.
