The hotel is only 4 years old so it still looks clean and presents well. The room was clean and spacious with good kitchen amenities. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was awful. There were limited options and the "hot" meal items were quite gross--they were obviously sitting too long in the heating tray which made the food seriously overcooked and inedible. There wasn't even a muffin or fruit as an option. Plus, the hot water dispenser was always luke warm.
The propery was horrible. It had a barndoor type door for a batherom door. The boor would not stay closed because the pole sloped downward. The window shade was electric, but it would not go up so our room stayed dark. Outside door handle to our room was loose and almost to fall off. The shower curtain was too short and allowed water to leak all over the bathroom. We were told the first night that they were totally full and couldnt move us to another room but they would move us the next day. We never heard from them again. I won't be staying at another Hilton property again. Lousy customer service and crappy quality in the hotel.

The staff were amazing! Anything you need they were right on it! They had amazong attitudes and always greeted with a smile and said hello. It was clean and peaceful and the kids got to swim in winter in the indoor pool. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and accommodations were quite nice and roomy. Only problem was galley kitchen faucet is not attached to the counter so it exposes the hole to let water drip under cabinet.
I’m so glad I chose this hotel! First time ever booking and I will look for this hotel from now on. I am so picky with hotels and this met all my requirements. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Rooms in great condition, comfy beds, friendly staff, secured building, free parking, free breakfast. And the breakfast was the best! Complimentary hot drink bar with actually good options. I was so impressed. I would have done the check-in with the app but I forgot to download it. However check in was probably 1-2 minutes, my husband was surprised when I came back out so fast. Plenty of food around also. Book them!

Extremely Loud Cleaning Staff
This hotel was extremely loud, there were kids running up and down the hall screaming, you can hear everything and sadly management did nothing. Also, the cleaning staff were banging and clanging all morning. I work overnight and got zero rest. They knocked at my door and woke me 3 times despite my son not disturb. Cleaners talking loudly outside of my door. Never will I stay here again.
Stayed 5 nights and only cleaned our room once when we asked. It is supposed to be every other day.
Breakfasts were pretty bad. On our 2nd day they had no food to serve due to not getting their delivery.
Extremely clean and smelled nice. The front desk lady was very kind and efficient. Our 2 queen room was spacious with lots of counter space.

People in our hallway were very rude. Yelling, slamming doors at all hours, dogs barking in hallway, food spilled outside of doors and not cleaned up. Heavy smoking in room opposite ours spilling out into the hallway because door was propped open.
Breakfast bar not clean. Food spilled and not cleaned up. Dirty dishes piled up at stations and tables. We were there for three nights and it didn't improve.
A positive-the room itself was spacious.
