When I got to hotel THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION and I didn’t get a room!!!! I want my money back. Had traveled all day and then had to travel another two hours for a room.

The desk staff was efficient and very hospitable. The property is dated and needs some additional repairs. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the floor was very sticky. There was no extra charge for our dog. Breakfast was a small selection of prepackaged items. Basically, we got what we paid for.
