Room problems, heater not functioning properly. Window didn't fit the frame and cold air was coming in. Nic, our person at the front desk was amazing and tried to help solve everything but we did not want to change rooms, as that would have been very inconvenient.

The Hotel was under construction so we were surprised at arrival. The remodeled was very clean. I am pretty sure what they say was 2 queens were more like 2 xl doubles.

The hotel has no management. It was under construction. The entryway was the back door and was full of trash and poorly lit. The service was poor. Some of the employees were surly. We found someone’s dirty underwear in the first room. The toilet was plugged in the second room. This facility is definitely not up to the Hampton standards. Go stay somewhere else.

This hotel is under renovation and we were not informed. The pool, fitness rooms and breakfast room are closed. The lobby is draped under plastic and full of noisy contractors, and the parking lot full of discarded material like mattresses. Not good Hilton ! The staff was really nice and helpful given their obvious challenges.

The building was under construction, very noisy. It did quiet down by 6. The room stink like nasty carpet/stinky feet. The bathroom overhead light was missing the cover. The bed was not comfortable and noisy. The staff was great.

Beautiful, clean environment. However, the continental breakfast was packaged food. For example, instead of a waffle maker, it was a microwaveable waffle; instead of fresh oatmeal it was the oatmeal cups that required hot water, instead of fresh eggs it was an egg soufflé that also appeared to be from a package. It was a bit disappointing when one prefers fresh food.

Nice place there was construction on the outside of the building. I would not have know had I not saw the work in progress. Quiet Pool & hot tub was nice clean and we enjoyed them Beds were comfortable Breakfast was good Hot and cold cereal waffles fruit eggs and more i would stay again. Front desk was very nice kind and efficient.
