I’d give this hotel 10 stars if I could. The front desk staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best I encountered. The room was super clean and the area was quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms were exactly worth the price you pay. Don’t be surprised about it. Good amenities, lots of dining around. We liked the Chicago taproom a lot. Front desk service was alright but kind of slow. Not that serious though, good overall!

The heat would not go off. It was 73 outside and we could not chsnge to air. Someone finally came to check after about 4 hours. We actually had to sit with our door open. Worker was nice bit said they couldnt fix and would not change our room.
