Inside was clean overall; staff was very friendly. Looks "down at the heels": lots of trash blowing around in the parking lot; run-down landscaping; front automatic doors did not work (seems to have been that way for awhile); ice machine out of order; most pitiful continental breakfast I've ever had (very few choices of food, and half of those were empty 45 minutes before closing time)

This air conditioner was broken in the room that we had…the curtains doesn’t close all the way so let’s daylight in. Breakfast wasn’t very good either the waffle batter kept getting clog in the machine. Overall didn’t like it.

Room was in great condition, bed was comfortable, and staff was efficient and kind. Only issue was that there is no elevator. If you are put in a second floor room you have to take the stairs. Wasn't a huge problem for us, but living our bags up the stairs have is a workout we weren't expecting.
