Staff was very fine. The desk chair and chairs in breakfast area looked tacky, material was peeling off. I sent a photo of my chair at the beginning of my stay. Coffee was good.

Maid service only every 3rd day. We got there friday morning left monday morning. So we had to ask for toilet paper, tissue, towels, coffee, tea, cups and shampoo, soap everyday.

Our room was clean, this hotel is very quaint and cozy, but definitely needs an upgrade. The shower nozzle is horrible and the carpeting in our room was filthy. The room was clean, but you could just see the dirt and stains in the carpeting. It is a nice hotel, and we have stayed here before and the service is excellent, but again needs a nice upgrade. Staff is friendly and helpful.
