Quiet, clean, pool down

The first night was noisy but the following two were quiet. The hotel was clean, the night desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to get me some ketchup for my so s dinner that we forgot. I am disappointed that the pool was down because that was why we chose that location. Otherwise it was a great value for our stay.

The check in staff was very friendly but when I checked out it seems it wasn't processed as I got notice later in the day asking when I was leaving 😜 No hot water for a much needed soak no iron and mechanism for the window curtain wouldn't work to raise the curtain
