Generally pleasant.
My stay was fine. But a family member with me had to wait to the exact check-in time to get a room. (The hotel had been booked solid the day before.) We had to get ready for a wedding. We made it. But the delay crunched our time somewhat.

This place was easy to check into, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I give it a “ good” rating instead of “excellent” because of how terrible condition the pool was in. The room was clean and the third floor was peaceful. I will try another Holiday Inn Express.
