I arrived to be told they cancelled.my reservation due to being under construction. But i could register under walk in and get a room. Cost 10.00 mlore. Weird but I was exhausted from driving 10 hours. So i paid the extra and stayed in a construction zone for the night. Would never recomend this hotel!
The place was terrible when you came in the room it had a bad smell the dresser and freezer was broken. They move the head board and left a long stick attach to the wall which you cant sit back and it pull at your hair. The worst part they have bed bugs and the manager refuse to give a refund and they send multiple people to your door to bully you out the room.
Everything was filthy, and there werent enough towels or pillows, there was no ice bucket, no light in the bathroom and the tv was fuzzy the whole time. After checking out they teied charging my card $50.
We booked a room coming back from ohare airport. When we got to hotel, we couldn't even see or talk to anyone to check in. Tried cancelling this booking because we had to go somewhere else because no one came to check us in....we went to the Weston motel 6 instead.
Pretty rub down. Lobby door locked. No response to calling listed number or ringing doorbell. Not the best neighborhood so lost my $ but went elsewhere. Really bad experience. Unable to contact Hotels.com. In a timely manner. Entire experience was lame.
Went to check in their Wi-Fi wasn’t working so they asked me to pay cash when I already paid online . Soooo disgusting. Had a lady running around with a beer in her hand .
Most of the rooms are blocked off. The whole hotel needed renovation 15 years ago. This first room was terrible musty smell. The next room was not as smelly. The front desk lady did her best. Very cheap but not even worth that.
