I was disappointed that for two night stay, they didn't clean the room all they did was make the beds and didn't get any new towels , didn't replenish the coffee machine. the reason I pay more to stay at Holiday expresses for clean room , good beds and consistency

The breakfast was sooo good. The beds are so comfy and the staff is very friendly. I love that they have it fully stocked with the dove products in the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express!

Pool was filthy which was a huge disappointment bc we had really looked forward to swimming after our drive. Hotel overall was old and in poor repair. Toilet had to be flushed several times for water to go down. Hallways smelled of mildew as did room but they were different bad smells. Staff were rude both at checkout and check in. Breakfast was poor. Seemed to be located in a bad area. I will not stay there again. However, the Holiday In Harrisburg was amazing! I’d stay there again and again!!

The room smelled of mold and mildew, wasn’t able to use the jetted tub due to the jets not cleaned. The room was so noisy asked to be moved to another room and the house keeper at the from desk acted as if she could do something and the called over the lady that checked me in. I was moved to another room it was noisier than the one I was in originally. After checking out found I charged twice for the room I had already paid for when I made my original reservation. Called back to speak with a manager and was told they were all on vacation. Go figure. It sucks because I’m a IHG member.

This was a good hotel, probably 3 1/2 stars or thereabouts. Appears to be an older hotel that was renovated in the past few years. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

This hotel has to be a joke. I came from out of town to receive a key to a room that was already occupied. Then, the second room provided had someone above it who stomped around all night long. This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Not worth the money!
