Check in staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. comfortable bed and room was straightened up daily. Breakfast was OK, only warm food was your waffle. They did offer cold cereals, and muffins with fresh fruit.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It smelled a bit musty at first or as if a smoker had used ur but I'd air it and the air con unit being left on helped. Breakfast was adequate with oatmeal or waffles plus apples.

I didn't get to the hotel until 10:15 pm. The doors were locked and I rang the buzzer. After ringing the buzzer for about 4 minutes and no one came, I knocked on the door. A woman came to the door, asked if I wanted to check in. I said yes, she said that she didn't like me knocking on the door and wouldn't check me in. She said that she didn't have to and didn't want to check me in. I had to leave and find another hotel. Totally rude and unacceptable!

Check in was fast, friendly, and efficient. Parking spots are wide enough exterior entrances, but the area is safe. Close to main roads however, the room was quiet. Room was clean housekeeping even came in first morning, replaced towels, and pulled trash! Only opportunity for improvement was breakfast. muffins, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, and yogurt. Only hot option was waffles.

The only problem I had was the shower I couldn't never get it to work and that is the second time that I have had that room and I would like for them to mop the floors so that when you're walking barefoot you won't get your feet dirty

I cam from New York City to visti to some family, and my room had roaches. Yes, that's right...roaches! Plus the bathroom door would not close. I think the door handle was broken In all of my travels, I never seen or been in a hotel or motel room that had roaches. I checked out early and did not want to stay and haggle about a partial refund, because I was just want leave that badly. I will never stay here again.

Accommodating staff, comfortable room

My first room was too noisy (noisy neighbors), so I asked to move to a quieter area. The staff was very accommodating. My new room was quiet and comfortable.

Check in clerk was friendly. There was an odd smell in the lobby, and then when we got in our room, it has the same odd smell. The floor in the room was spot cleaned. There was trash beside the bed and around the shower. The floor had been spot swept but probably not mopped. There were workers staying there and out on the sidewalk, but quiet and didn’t bother anyone. It could use an upgrade, we stayed there before with no problems, maybe the room we were in hadn’t been stayed in for a while. The bed was clean and comfortable..
