Better value for the money at the other budget hotels in the area. The room was clean but was in need of basic maintenance, the vanity mirror light turned itself on and off often, no fan in the bathroom so it smelled musty, power button was completely missing off air conditioner so I had to stick my finger down into the unit to start the AC. Only positives were the bed was super comfy and no bed bugs! I wouldn't stay again.

The side of the mattress had a disgusting brown stain on it that was on the fitted sheet as well. Doubtful that the sheet was ever changed. Toilet seat looked scratched, nicked up and discolored like someone had cut it up. Toilet leaked, fridge had mold in it. This stay wasn’t worth a quarter of what we were charged.

The staff were nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the walls in the rooms are paper thin. When we first arrived we had people next to us that were super loud, cigarette burns in the bedding along with stains, water damage throughout the room including the peeling headboards, and a bad mildew smell. I did request to move and the staff were more than happy to move us. In our new room, the AC stopped working halfway through the night, the doors were hardly closing, and the smell was worse than before. About 1:30in the morning our new neighbors decided to bring the party back to their room and proceeded the smoke weed in there and party until 5am! By the morning our room really smelled. Needless to say it was a horrible night and we couldn’t get out fast enough.

Check in went great. The staff was very friendly. You can tell they are upgrading the rooms and they look great. However, there was no hot water. It was warmer than freezing, but not hot enough to be warm. I would suggest you remove the debris from the property to clean up the area. The breakfast is small but adequate. Overall the room was was adequate for what we needed.
