Looked like there might be some updates or construction going on on the floor I stayed, but I never heard anything- workers were respectful. I enjoyed walking down to the pier across the street to watch the sunset and sunrise. Recommend grabbing something from the on property cafe- I had a delicious muffin and latte.

Property is waaaay past its prime. Balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time - covered in mold and bird sht. Gross stain on the bathroom door - hopefully food, maybe worse? Overall not very clean. It appears most of the units are owned as time shares or used as long term housing. front desk closes at 8 with emergency-only contact allowed overnight.

The room was very spacious and very, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is older so a bit dated, but such a great value. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the view of the harbor was just beautiful! We highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay. Communication was great with check in staff and there were options for key retrieval after hours if needed. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would have wanted differently is the air conditioning unit to stay on all night rather than turning off/on after reaching a certain temperature in the room. The turning off/on made sleeping soundly throughout the night difficult at times.
