The staff was great, the room was clean. I couldn't keep out the light, the door didn't shut tightly, wind blew in around the air conditioner, the heater was just adequate. The room in general was worn and shabby.

We had a very nice time at the Trade Winds. We changed our room when we got there because the one they had us in didn't have a good view and we were staying for 2 nights so we wanted to have a nicer setting. They were able to accommodate us quickly and easily. The water did come out of the sink a brown color for a little bit in the room but it eventually went away...we never called them about it. The place was clean otherwise and the pool was super warm. Which was nice for a freezing vacation. The coffee shop was nice and the coffee was good.

The lobby area and general outside of the building is super cute. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and it was nice to have 2 beds plus the sleeper sofa. The staff that we encountered were all very friendly. I am not very picky about places but think the condition of the room and pool area could be improved. The shower curtain rod was rusted along with other cosmetic details that seemed half done in the room. The pool area was dimly lit and old as well as having a ton of tiny ants crawling on the floor. Overall, like I said I am not picky and would stay there again as the location was great and I don't spend alot of time in the room when travelling.

If you like a room with no windows, paper thin walls, neighbors whose entire family if up at 6:00 on a Sunday morning and all talking at the top of their lungs plus the smell of particle board.....then this is the place for you! If not, don't go to this place!

The staff was very friendly there we really enjoyed the view we had from our room in the balcony would like to have the older style coffee pots there's so much better to drink from than the one cup ones also we really miss the hot breakfast he used to have down in the lobby area that would be nice to have the continental breakfast with the eggs and the bacon and all that stuff like it used to have but we enjoyed our stay it was quiet peaceful even though we got snowed on it was still fun and enjoyable staff is very nice there what a huge Improvement, thank you, we will be back when it warms up 😊

The purpose of my stay was to simply be still, away from the heavy stress level for the past 5 months. The accomodations were simple and just fine for me. I simply needed a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. I even prepared my own food to bring with me so that I didn't have to leave the room. It was clean, quiet and it served my needs well. The workers at the front desk and cafe were outstanding ! I would definitely consider staying there again should I need to get away again in the future. Thank you
