Stayed on floor 3 and could hear every move the person on floor 4 (same room location) did. Floors are thin. Room was clean. New building so that is nice. They allow pets but no barking dogs ever woke me. Doors slamming shut however.... very loud doors closing.

The hotel is brand new and clean, but beds almost feel like a pull out on a metal spring frame. Comfortable for short stays. Most rooms have full kitchen as well which is great!

Could have been a winner, but fell short…

New hotel. Very clean. Great condition. Didn't realize it was an extended stay. So no maid/towel service. Had a kitchen but no dishes, cookware or utensils. Smelled funny; I thought it might be cooking odors but the lobby had an odd smell, too. Those were inconvenient, but the real problem was the excessive noise from the neighbor. His music could be heard all the way down the hall and we shared a wall with him! It took 3 calls to the front desk get him to turn it off. Then he was making phone calls at 4:30 am that woke us up!

Unfortunately, the guests above us had a large number of kids and pets that were up very late, and then again in the middle of the night. The fact that all of the floors are hard for made that very noisy. Outside of that factor it was a very nice place to stay

I swept my room because you naturally track in trash as you move in. But a broom and dust pan were not in the room and I had to find my own. I did not buy a kitchen pack so maybe that's why. Otherwise, the amenities were reasonably priced.

Roaches everywhere and the manager "Giovanni" refused to refund my 3 rooms after the office lady called him and told him that i had video proof and photo proof of me killing them and i refused to sleep in an infested room especially being that i have a 1 year old. Then he proceeded to call the police because i said i was going to tell everybody. And that is my rights *freedom of speech* Thus hotel truly has potential, if they cared about their customers and if they would bomb for bugs and clean a little bit more. Frankly i paid $149.87 for 1 room for 1 night and a 50$ deposit (TIMES 3 ) and cant seem to get my money back for a 15 minute killing spree. I would have expected more from an extended stay, obviously Giovanni is not the proper person for this job. If you choose to venture here id recommend stopping by the dollar general or Walgreens just down the street and pick up some roach traps, as you wont be the only one sleeping in the bed. Normally i could understand a bug or 2 but 7+ in a 15 minute period and then while im headed out the elevator to report to the office the big cockroache comes out the elevator door thats a bit extreme. Make sure you call and ask Giovanni the manager to spray for roaches prior to your arrival, Good luck 👍

Comfortable and clean- good location

The hotel is very nice. Rooms and common areas in excellent condition. The only reason I gave it a four versus five star review is that the walls are kind of thin and I could hear my neighbors if someone was a light sleeper that might be a problem.

Good for the price, but could be so much better.

Property charges a $50 credit card deposit which has yet to be refunded. No refresh on towels, no housekeeping, noisy bed, noisy bed from room above, cold shower in the morning, very little toiletries, a bit disappointing overall. Property was well kept, and front desk efficient and friendly. Location and freeway access is excellent.

I would not stay there again....nothing was provided inside the room....Kleenex, kitchen towels,shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, coffee...I was really surprised and very disappointed. The coffee machine for guests was worthless.
