The room was bigger than most hotel rooms. Everything was just as you would expect it. Room/bathroom was clean. No issues finding a parking spot. Could not hear neighbors. A very good experience. Will be returning.

The hotel was nice. Room was alittle dusty on some areas. I got two beds (queen) they were definitely full size beds. So I was alittle disappointed with that. There were also no towels in the pool area, therefore I had to keep asking for more towels. Other than that the stay was fine. Breakfast was continental and good. People are friendly.

Lovely pool. Just wish they had put a card with information about where the hair dryer was (without me looking for it unsuccessfully till I had to ask at the front desk. Also, the Wifi password was not the only thing necessary for internet access, one had to know the SSID or network name. A little welcome card with check out and in times or how to turn the heat up or down. Google-ing the Inn's phone number to call the front desk seemed ridiculous. In general it was a nice stay.

Needs update , light switch did not work in room . A lot of rusting in bathroom. Staff member that evening was really nice. Free breakfast… only thing warm was if you toasted you bagel otherwise cereal and yogurt are your options

Pretty crappy overall
The room was sufficient for a one night stay with a dog, but you can hear your neighbors talking through the walls, the “continental” breakfast is packaged foods and a TV blaring, and the heat/ac was either on full or nothing. Rockport is a lovely little town and the music hall is first class.

Liked that we could walk to the downtown and restaurants. It is also an easy drive to Gloucester. We stayed here and visited Hammond Castle and Crane Estate. The only concern is they still have a $100 hold on my credit card... the one they say is only for incidentals (which we did not have) and returned upon check out.
