This hotel is probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in a long time. You will not find a better hotel and definitely not at this price point. I do wish it had a hot tub but the pool is very nice

Very lovely and cozy stay. The rooms were clean, the lobby area was very welcoming. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The town of Rockport is small but definitely a gem. The hotel was about 5 minutes (driving) to the train. Bearskin neck is about 10 minutes from property. Very safe location. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay.

The pictures are very misleading! Not as clean or nice. Also we saw on Google maps that there was a hot tub. Definitely not anymore! A little disappointed.

There was rust in the bathroom on the shelves, the tub was very stained, the breakfast was only bagels and muffins , no hot food. Lack of evening staff , water was cold for showers heat wasn’t consistent in the shower.

We were quite disappointed. A very basic drive up one floor facility. A big hole in the rug when you walked in, dirty bathroom in poor condition. Didn’t feel comfortable without slippers. I must say the beds were nice and comfortable. They should put some extra blankets in the room though. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it; wish they had a hot tub. Overall, we wish we had stayed somewhere else.

The wasn't a hot tub/jacuzzi, and there wasn't an elevator ( my friend is Handicap) so stairs was an issue. Other than that we ABSOLUTELY loved it and a 10 min walk to train station that goes to Salem & Boston.

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and clean. What I didn’t like, there is something wrong with the dryer. After nearly 2 hours, closthes were warm but not dryer. The user before me complained about the same thing. Steam comes out when you open the door. Perhaps the dryer is not vented correctly. But everything else about our stay was very nice.
