Convenient location to Rockport and Gloucester. Room was clean and large . Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok for a continental style. Staff was pleasant and responsive.

It has a great location if you want to visit nearby towns in Rockport. The staff is kind, but you have to ask them to make up your room every day if you want so. The room and cleanliness are good.

For the price I expected a bit more. We loved sitting by the outdoor fire pit each night but the cushions were left out in the rain so we could not use them. The bathroom was very small. The carpet seemed damp. The room was clean and the staff were very nice but this property could use an upgrade.
