Booked this hotel last minute for a short weekend trip. Upon arrival, Nick, at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I asked to be on the first floor instead of the fourth, and he made it happen with a smile! He thoroughly explained everything about check in/out & made sure I got my parking pass. If I had to stay longer, I would definitely return here. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Great Concierge/Front Desk Service

We chose the hotel because it was clean and nour business meetings. When it came time to go out for dinner, we asked the front desk clerk who I call the concierge for recommendations and he gave me a list of restaurants in the area. But I wasn't sure which one chose so we talked it out. And the restaurant he chose was absolutely fantastic. And he knew who the pastry chef was and told us that she was excellent and on the weekends. She makes signature dishes, so we went to the. Restaurant and funny the pastry chef was actually dining at the table next to us with her family.And we got unbelievable service all night long.The food was spectacular.So this the front desk clerk really knew what he was doing and knows his food.And I'm a food 8, so this was really helpful.When you're on a business trip in a place you've never been before

We had a 1 night stay here, and loved it. Beds were comfortable, rooms were huge (unlike in manhattan) and staff were really friendly and responsive. Only thing was we were a bit further from manhattan than we wanted to be, but the LIRR connection was great.
