The property was lovely, however, and this is not a criticism of the hotel or the staff, but be aware with wooden floors, guests coming back after midnight can be heard coming in and walking around. They provided me with the soy milk for my coffee that I had requested, and Pia, the hotel staff member could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking, warm and comfortable room. It is a good walking distance down to the main shopping areas, but that only helps build up an appetite for dinner :)

Beautiful traditional place to stay and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the room was very dusty.

The room was large and spacious, well cleaned and well presented. It was also lovely and quiet. I loved that I could open a balcony door and get some fresh air!

We stayed in a harbour view room on the 11th floor and the windows were nice and big. The bathroom was nice and fresh with good amenities and space. Finding parking nearby was a bit inconvenient but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
