The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I only gave the facility four stars because it’s not an elaborate hotel. For $80 a night, it was a very good value.

Worker was moving biscuits at breakfast from one tray to the serving line with her bare hands. No gloves or anything. Also told unable to do late check out (just needed an extra 30mins or so) despite another worker granting other team members the later check out. I was lied to and told the reason was they were full (online showed 5-10 rooms available in EACH room size) for that night so clearly she just didn’t care to accommodate me.

The property is dated, need upgrades in furniture and remove carpet. There was a urinr smell on floor 2 that they tried to mask with air freshners. The pull out couch is disgusting, there were brown stains on the mattress & i wouldn't yrust the extra linen in the closet. The bathroom in room 222 requires a lot of maintenance. The shower had a very slow drsin, stamfong water arpund your feet every use. Missing towels, looked like room wasn't refreshed properly when I arroved. I would not recommemd this property. When I notified staff of my experience, I was told they could not do anything for me because i booked third party. I have never heard anything like that, especially when you have proof of unsatisfactory experience on their proerrty. I need call durijg the week to speak with another manager. There should be management on site and accessible to resolve customer's issues on the spot.
