Great Staff and wonderful stay

Staff were amazing, the absolute best. Everything about my stay was great. I loved how cleaned the rooms were and the entire hotel. Showering was my favorite part of my stay, the water pressure was great, it felt as if I was at home. I will most definitely be staying here again.

The rooms were really clean, but the smell of pet was very present in my smoke and pet free room. The hallway carpet on the first floor outside of my room was disgusting.

Pros: Check in and checkout staff was great. Easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was great! I just wish they had bacon and already made grits. Indoor Pool, gym area, and hot tub was amazing. Con’s: The tub/shower water went down extremely slow. My son had his game system, but he couldn’t play it due to the internet blockers they have setup causing the wifi to fail connection. Ice machine out of service. We were here visiting for our family reunion and we will most definitely stay again.

Stay at this property often, at least once a month, and always a good stay. Only complaint I'd have is that some deep cleaning is needed in the bathrooms around the edges of the floor and corners. Otherwise I always enjoy my stay. The front desk ladies on the shift during check in are super friendly and professional.

The refrigerator didn't work and tried swapping out with another one but it was dirty and didn't work either.... not going to stay with you again. I need to keep my food and beverage cold. The small refrigerators are outdated and need to be replaced with full capacity refrigerators like other hotels that provide them.
