its a dump

I should have been paid by Days Inn to stay there. The shower was beyond dirty. The door lock to the shower/toilet was destroyed and the door itself was ready to fall apart. The toilet paper holder was ready to come out of the wall. The light switches for the sink alcove and shower/toilet room where not properly attached to the wall(shock/electrocution hazzard). The sheets looked like they were not changed in weeks. The general property appearance was extremely unkept.

Dirty, tv remote did not work, roaches( not kidding). Coffee but no coffee maker, hair dryer holder but no hair dryer had to leave 50.00 deposit even though I paid with credit card. If it wasn’t so late I would just leave but we have to get back on road early. Also advertise d breakfast but there is none. Ridiculous!

Give this place a Hard Pass.

Room was hot upon arrival, and did not cool down til 5am. Bathroom was dirty and in need of maintenance. TV did not work. Bed sheets had cigarette burns. No breakfast of any kind offered. Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallway. We checked out early, and went to another place after just one night.

This hotel is known as a drug haven by the people who live there. A guy was slumped over in a chair outside a ground level room near the stairs, and there were also a lot of people hanging out in the back parking lot when I arrived. I really didn't feel comfortable leaving my car parked there overnight. The microwave, refrigerator and iron were all missing from my room. I requested to cancel my reservation immediately after realizing that, after bringing my belongings into the room. Even tho some guys had just stopped in the lobby to see if any rooms were available and he could easily give them my room, the manager argued with me for a while, and initially refused to give me my money back.
