The property was okay but the room was dirty there were bugs on the ceiling and looked about 1 centimeter big and black that got me on alert. I also notice my socks got dirty after a couple minutes walking in the room trying to figure out why were these things in the room. As i was making my way out the door to inform the receptionist i notice my partner had just sat on the bed and thought oh my goodness they may be bed bugs. I pulled the sheets to check but i didn't see any bugs just a lot of nasty stains on the sheets some looks like blood is just disgusting. The bathroom was filled with smudges on the walls. I like staying in Holidays Inn but this hotel is disappointing
Front desk Monique was awesome, she greeted me with kindness and had good conversation like she knew me. She was amazing very friendly. I would definitely return!
Breakfast average, room and facilities clean, room spacious, decor and building dated. Door of room difficult to seal. Internet average, staff pleasant and helpful. The bed was very firm, not too comfortable. Maybe time for some updates.
My one (1) night stay was comfortable. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was delicious.

The covering for the light in the bathroom was broken and on the floor.
The property is older and very obvious in appearance. There was a rust spot in the tub.
The fan in the bathroom stayed on as long as the light was on, no separate switch for the fan.
Great place to stay!! We are NY snowbirds with a pup and needed a place ½ way down that was pet friendly. We’ve tried other hotels but this by far was the best. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. I was greeted by Tameka at the front desk and she was wonderful! There was a little mix up with the room I requested and she did her best to resolve the issue. Then she presented me with a cute little goodie bag for my pup. She was so sweet and made me feel very welcomed! I am really glad we found this hotel and will definitely be using it going forward for our migration!!
The property itself was nice. The staff were pleasant. However, when I made my reservations through Expedia, I requested a king room assuming it would be non-smoking as there was no indication it would be otherwise. When we checked it, we were given a smoking room and had no other choice than to accept it as there were no other King rooms available. I don't know if this is an issue between Expedia and Hilton or an issue between Expedia and it's subscribers or an issue with Hilton and it's non-Honors program customers. But, it made for an unpleasant stay overall. I will reconsider going through Expedia for the next trip as a test to see where the problem may lie.
