The staff was friendly and the room spacious and spotless. Centrally located with lots of choices for food and drink. The continental breakfast was amazing! Will stay here again on our next visit..

My family and I were here for our family reunion, we arrived early and our rooms were ready early…. Lance was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and I truly enjoyed my stay , thanks again for making me and my family feel at home away from home…. Not a good experience.
Unfortunately the check in process was a disaster. The front desk person was not trained well and had to reach out a manager by phone for every party that was trying to check in. The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned and for whatever reason the person on the desk couldn't get me into the second room and so I finally ended up in a third room where the bathtub seemed to have rust stains.

I previously had a horrible experience with this hotel, that I have stayed at numerous times over the years. This stay is the experience I am accustomed to. I made a complaint last month, hoping it was just a bad weekend for them, and this month, it was back to their norm. I didn’t get a response from the complaint, which was disappointing, but I think someone noticed. I will continue to stay there on my frequent visits to Wilson NC.

Breakfast is the hilight of this stay. Very wel organized areas, clean and fresh. Room was clean. Water pressure on shower a little low but always had hot water. Reasonably priced and a great spot for a layover for long trips.

Had to switch rooms upon arrival. First room had a gash in the wall & nasty stains in the tub. In the 2nd room, there was paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower. There was only 1 bath towel & an empty tissue box. Obnoxious neighbors moved in across the hall. Had to call the front desk twice before they stopped yelling & slamming doors. It took an hour & a half to get the folks to calm down. This place has potential, but lots of updating & improvements are needed.
