Amazing

Our experience was great. The whole place was super clean and the pool was gorgeous for an indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. James at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. We drive from PA to FL annually over summer and this place will be our permanent choice :-)

For a hotel off of 95 this was fine. The staff is excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. The lobby is lovely. The rooms need an update. They are somewhat tattered and the carpet needs replacing. It was fine but I would not say great.

Great place to stay in Rocky Mount, NC!

Hotel stay was amazing! The beds were soooooo comfortable. Nice, clean, and roomy bed area and shower. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool was a little too chilly, but kept warm enough by continually moving around. Will definitely stay there again!

I needed a refrigerator for my cooler items as well as medication. The frig in the room was not working and was moldy. When I called to the front desk they offered to move rooms but i had already unpacked. I packed everything in ice in the trash baskets overnight. The staff did offer me 7000 IHG points that I gladly accepted. Otherwise room was great, bedding nice and bed comfortable. The server in the breakfast area was very nice but breakfast took at least 20 minutes to be served. Hotel is conveniently off 95

The customer service at the front desk was great! Friendly and helpful - all 3 team members I dealt with at front desk were the best. My only negative would be housekeeping. The bathroom was not clean. The shower floor was black with dirt. There were hair and mold in the shower area. Just needed a good scrubbing. I would stay here again.
