Good overall location to stay. Pool and hot tub are nice amenities. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and good size/layout. Breakfast was average but good. Very clean breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

I booked and paid for a two bedroom suite but was given a one bedroom with a king size bed in the living room area. It worked okay but did not get the room I paid for. Breakfast was okay but overcrowded and not enough equipment so waiting to get what you wanted was long or near impossible. Very few tables.

All the staff were very friendly. A great fresh selection of breakfast options. Linen’s were freshl and white. Had good fun with the grandkids at the pool and waterside. Boston pizza and Tim Horton’s are very close and walkable.

Most of the staff was nice but the water didn’t work for the majority of the evening and our bathroom door didn’t close. We weren’t offered any compensation for a basic necessity being unavailable for part of our stay and us and others got some attitude from reception for asking about it. Basic, clean hotel room as well

The pool area was fantastic! The slide is wild! All the staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean and the toiletries are all Dove brand, my favourite!
